At Crescent Springs Animal Hospital we want your pet's visit to be fear-free and as relaxed as possible. That is why we ask that all pets be properly restrained in a carrier or on a leash when they enter the building. If your pet is not  friendly with other pets, please let us know so that we may accommodate you if possible.

If you and your pet are new to us we have just a few requests for your first visit. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We asked that you bring your pet's previous medical history with you or you may call ahead and have the history sent to us via fax or email.
