Thanks to warmer than normal temperatures, it feels like summer is already here. There are ways to ensure that your pet is protected from the summer heat. When your pet is going to be outdoors for an extended period of time, make sure that they have access to a cool water supply and plenty of shade to keep cool. Do not leave a pet in a vehicle for any length of time, the temperature can reach over 100 degrees in a matter of minutes.
